About the Inclusive STAGES™ Cohort Program: Right now, the arts are carrying so much—burnout is high, funding is unstable, and creative leaders are being asked to do more with less. Inclusive STAGES™ is a training and certification program built for this moment. Designed specifically for arts leaders, it centers three pillars: psychologically safe creative space design, emotional intelligence, and trauma-informed well-being practices. Through expert guidance and a strong peer community, this program offers real tools, fresh perspective, and a clear path forward—so you can lead with care, clarity, and courage in an industry that needs you more than ever. Led by Kira Troilo, founder of Art & Soul Consulting and creator of the STAGES™ framework, this program brings together a powerhouse faculty: Dr. Charmain Jackman, licensed psychologist and founder of InnoPsych®, brings deep expertise in trauma-informed practices and mental wellness in high-stakes environments. Zena Collins, founder of Emotional Maths™, guides participants through the MSCEIT2 emotional intelligence assessment and a personalized feedback session to help develop the emotional insight necessary for sustainable leadership. Kira Troilo grounds the program in brave space design and inclusive rehearsal and production practices drawn from years of on-the-ground experience in theater and the performing arts. New in 2025: All participants receive six months of free access to the Inclusive STAGES™ Alumni Network, a dynamic and growing community of STAGES-trained leaders. After that, the standard rate of $2,299 will apply.
