About the Inclusive STAGES™ Cohort Program Right now, the arts are carrying so much—burnout is high, funding is unstable, and creative leaders are being asked to do more with less. Inclusive STAGES™ is a training and certification program built for this moment. Designed specifically for arts leaders, it centers three pillars: psychologically safe creative space design, emotional intelligence, and trauma-informed well-being practices. Through expert guidance and a strong peer community, this program offers real tools, fresh perspective, and a clear path forward—so you can lead with care, clarity, and courage in an industry that needs you more than ever. This 9-week program starts September 8, 2025 and concludes November 3, 2025. The sessions occur on Mondays from 11-1pm ET on zoom. The early bird rate of $1,499 is available until July 1, 2025. At that time the standard rate of $1,799 will take effect.
